Neil Gaiman Speech for Anyone Pursuing The Arts

I came across this Commencement speech made by Neil Gaiman at The University of Arts in 2012. As someone who is in to film and would like to pursue it as a career, I found this speech very inspirational. I think for anyone looking to make a living out of any form of art this is a must watch!
